1979: Yan appears on planet earth in Montreal.
1988: Yan receives a Hocus Pocus box with 101 magic tricks as a gift.
1989: Yan performs the 101 magic tricks and wants to learn more.
1989-1991: Yan learns magic tricks from the books at Chertsey library, where he grew up, and he performs magic in primary schools.
1992-1994: Yan takes magic lessons with the great magician Marcis in Montreal.
1997-2000: Yan studies theatrical production at Cegep of Saint-Hyacinthe.
1999: Yan receives the audience prize and first place in the contest Cégep en Spectacle competition and presents his magic in different event contexts.
2001-2020: Yan works as a lighting designer and technical director for more than 500 theatrical productions, dance, musical, circus and international tour productions.
2009-2013: Yan creates his magic show '' The art of magic '' and presents it in libraries across Quebec.
2013: Yan created his magic show for kindergarten children.
2017: Yan created his show for children's parties and created the website magicienmontreal.ca dedicated to his family magic.
2017-2019: Yan performs over 300 magic shows for children and the whole family.
2020 March: Yan begins creating a new magic show for adults.
